1. What MingZe provides
MingZe Global Teachers (the “Platform”) primarily provides professional educator listings, search functionality, contact options and optional separately priced services such as credential document review, sponsored placement, personal website design and search visibility services.
The Platform is ordinarily not the provider of lessons displayed in independent teachers’ profiles, the teachers’ employer or a contracting party to teaching agreements between educators and learners or their guardians. Unless a separate written arrangement expressly states otherwise, MingZe does not collect lesson tuition, teach on the teacher’s behalf or promise student enrolments, income, overseas employment, examination results or a particular search ranking.
2. Accuracy, teaching eligibility and independent arrangements
Educators must provide accurate, lawful information that they are authorized to use, including any names, qualifications, photos, experience and contact details, and must comply with applicable rules for the teaching services they offer. Educators may not impersonate others or misrepresent credentials.
Educators and learners/guardians agree their own subjects, lesson schedule, fees, cancellation arrangements and refunds. Each remains responsible for their own conduct and obligations under the applicable law. Keep written lesson terms before paying tuition.
3. Free listing and optional credential review
After email verification, educators may publish and update basic profiles without prior administrator approval. Profile claims are educator-submitted and are not evidence of identity or qualifications. Optional credential consistency review is separately paid, with secure document upload only after successful payment. Approval requires a human comparison of the published profile with the evidence; the fee does not guarantee approval. Returned evidence may be resubmitted without a second charge on the same order. Profile changes after approval require a new review. Any displayed conclusion must identify the information actually checked, its scope and, where relevant, validity period. MingZe is not an official government, school or professional licensing authority.
4. Sponsored placement and paid services
Category and homepage sponsorship are optional paid services, distinct from review. Price, period and deliverables are those disclosed at purchase. Eligible sponsored profiles may appear in rotating promoted positions marked “Sponsored”. Sponsored placement is advertising, not an assessment of teaching quality and not a guarantee of leads, traffic or sales.
5. Privacy and publication consent
Registration uses a display name, email and necessary account data. Educators may optionally add subjects, experience, rates, photographs, contact information and links to personal websites. Public contact details, portraits and external site links require separate affirmative permission. Private identity or credential documents must only be submitted through an approved secure upload channel, never through public profile fields. Read the Personal Data Use Notice.
6. Reports, disputes and Platform responsibility
Lesson disputes should normally be resolved between the contracting educator and learner/guardian under their agreement and applicable law. Users may report misleading credentials, impersonation, harassment, fraud or safety concerns; the Platform may review, restrict or remove listings where appropriate. Nothing in these terms waives liability that the law does not permit us to exclude. MingZe remains responsible for its own platform services, disclosures, payment obligations and legally required handling of personal data and complaints.
7. Updates
New terms may be published on the website. Material changes may require notice or renewed agreement where applicable; previous registration consent is not blanket permission for new uses of personal information.
