1. Platform role
MingZe Global Teachers is mainly an educator directory, search and contact platform. Independent teachers ordinarily provide lessons directly to learners; MingZe is not normally a party to those teaching contracts and does not collect teacher tuition unless it expressly agrees in a separate written arrangement.
2. Free browsing and account eligibility
Searching public teacher profiles is free. Saving teachers or posting reviews may require an account and email verification. A parent or legal guardian must create and manage an account for a learner under 18. Do not submit a child’s ID documents, full home address or other unnecessary sensitive information.
3. Independent checks and payment decisions
Self-published profiles are not official credential certifications. Only specific evidence reviewed by MingZe may carry a clearly limited “MingZe Verified” badge. A “Sponsored” designation means paid visibility, not a quality ranking. Students and guardians should independently check whether a teacher suits their needs and agree lesson content, price, cancellation and refund conditions before making any tuition payment to the independent teacher.
4. Safety, reports and privacy
Use appropriate contact methods and protect minors’ information. Report suspected misrepresentation, harassment, fraud or misuse of personal data to the Platform. MingZe may review platform material and take proportionate measures. Read our Personal Data Use Notice.
5. Responsibility
Teaching disputes are generally resolved between the parties to the teaching agreement. These terms do not exclude MingZe’s legal responsibilities for its own services, misleading statements, payment handling, privacy or required complaint processes.
