Personal Data Use Notice
MingZe may process the information necessary for teacher and student/parent account creation, email verification, account security, educator profiles, directory search and favorites, application review, optional service requests, billing records and complaint handling. Core registration information includes name or display name, email address and securely processed login credentials.
Educators may optionally provide qualifications, educational experience, subjects, location, portrait, public contact options and personal website links. Publication of portrait, contact details and external links requires separate authorization. Sensitive identity and qualification documents for optional review are not public-profile materials and should be submitted only through a verified private review process.
Service providers for hosting, email delivery, security and payment processing may need to process limited personal data under applicable safeguards. Ordinary account creation does not automatically constitute consent to marketing messages; separate permissions may be required. Users may request access, correction or deletion where applicable through the operator’s published contact method.
Before public commercial launch, the operator must provide its legal entity name, responsible privacy contact, retention periods, cross-border transfer details, relevant service providers and privacy rights procedures consistent with its actual systems and applicable laws. This is a draft notice pending legal review.
